Product summary
長い戦争の末に疲弊しきったとある国。
灰色のスラム街では、人の体が徐々に鉄化し、やがては死に至る奇病――鉄皮病が流行していた。
「葬儀屋」と呼ばれる青年マイトは、両手が刃物のように硬化してしまうほど重度の鉄皮病を患っていたが、何故か生き延びることが出来ていた。
そんなある日、政府に雇われた医者、ブロードと出会う。
鉄皮病の研究対象としてブロードの庇護下に置かれたマイトは、次第に彼に心を開き始める。しかし、政府の真の目的は鉄皮病の治療法確立ではなく……
