前作【Brothers圭Ⅲ】の続きのストーリー。(今回はHなシーンはありませんがシリーズ物のためR18扱いとなってます）
凪と圭の父・秀明（ひであき）と教え子で後の物理教師マーシーこと横田正宗（よことまさむね）の物語。
国語教師の仙水秀明（せんせん）に一目ぼれした正宗はせんせんとずっと一緒に居たいと思い、教師になる決意をするが…
今回はエッチシーンはなく、スーツ多めの泣けるストーリーになってます。
Brothersシリーズを読んでいただいている方にはお分かりかと思いますが、辛い出来事が待ち構えてます。
そこから正宗がどう這い上がれるのか見守っていただけると幸いです。
小さい頃の凪と圭も登場。最後には凪さんクスっと笑かしてくれます。
