An onmyouji. He currently heads the Satsu shrine. In order to connect more closely with the gods, he keeps abstinent. He's also a very gentle man.
Kiyoaki was formerly Seiryuu's master, but after his servant attacked him one day, their relationship changed. Seiryuu's power is turning him into a female dragon.

Seiryuu
The deity of the Satsu Shrine. His domain is the river. Despite being quite calm, he does have a violent side. He's Kiyoaki's familiar, and the pair works together closely. He wasn't happy to learn that Kiyoaki intended to get married and retire, and forcibly made him his mate.
