Nagisa Koshida, a part-timer who still lives with his parents, has an abundance of free time and a penchant for nitpicking.

Expecting the usual apology or refund,
Nagisa is in for a surprise today.
Enter Kanta Kakubari, a skilled customer service rep brought in to handle Nagisa, who has become known as a nightmare customer at the store.

Kakubari refuses to accept Nagisa's baseless complaint, effectively derailing his usual tactics...
