■康煕字典は中国歴代漢字書の集大成
清の聖祖の康煕年間、勅命により編纂された（1716年完成）。収載字数は、本文・備考・補遺すべて4万9千余、部首別画数順に排列、古体も併載。毎字の下に、唐韻・広韻・韻会・正韻などの音を列記。次いで字義を訓釈し、また別音、別義を記し、典拠を引証してある。
■日本の学者渡部温、康煕字典の考異正誤を作成。
渡部温は、独力で考異正誤の事に当たり、前後7年を費やし明治18年12月完成した。考異数約2千、訂誤数4千に及ぶ。
