An elf that cannot use magic, Claudia, is treated as a good-for-nothing and ostracized by her village.
Unable to withstand her situation she fled from the village, and due to certain circumstances ends up travelling together with a mysterious mercenary named Casifal.

Two scarred souls drawn together by their shared history of ostracism...
At times they are close, other times banging heads, and eventually they fall for one another----
A fantasy themed tale of interspecial love between an elven woman, and a mercenary human.

In the first volume, Claudia and Casifal first meet.
Claudia attempts to drive off some ruffians that have come near the village.
She bravely draws her weapon to fight them, but is defeated.
Moments before being violated, the mercenary Casifal saves her from her predicament.
Having left the village and not knowing what to do or where to go... she ends up following him...
all the way back to the inn that he is lodging at that night...
