In the end of that summer on a stormy night, a student died.

When the rivers rose and Kawahara did not return, only his photos and camera were recovered.

Several days later, his right sneaker.
He was presumed drowned, although as no body was found
there was little to go on but rumor.

Five students got together for a seance to resurrect his spirit.

They were his friends. They didn't think they had to fear a curse.
