[Story]
Your weird brother Tsubasa left his room for the first time in three years
just to smear some of his semen on the car from a local driving school.
It's so it can be used as a tank in World War III, he says.
Of course he gets arrested, and in his jail cell he starts calling himself "Manji"
and trying to send you telepathic messages.

When one of those messages gets through in your dreams, you go visit him in his cell...

-Manji Tsukuba (Real name: Tsubasa Tsukuba)
Your 18 year old brother who claims to hear messages from the Akashic records
and is devoted to telling the whole world that World War III is coming.

-Heroine
A normal girl who doesn't believe in the occult. Apparently she's special.

-Karutoki
The enemies in the upcoming World War, according to Tsubasa.
They look like Buddhas.
