Nagisa lost his parents at a young age and was adopted by the Ootawara household.
There he met Tsukimi.
While they are of the same family lineage, he is not her direct relative / actual younger brother.

Their family is tasked with being the light that shall cut through the darkness when chaos prevails.
Both Nagisa and Tsukimi understand their fate... and fight together.

Tsukimi has the ability of healing. By sleeping with Nagisa, she can restore his endurance to MAX.
However, Tsukimi is conflicted over her actions. Filled with guilt.
She has known Nagisa since they were young... and loves him as her cute younger brother.

Yet unbeknownst of her internal discord...
Nagisa gazes at Tsukimi with eyes brimming with love... and passion.
Eyes that you would only expect from no other, than a lover...
