In the first volume, Claudia and Casifal first meet.
Claudia attempts to drive off some ruffians that have come near the village.
She bravely draws her weapon to fight them, but is defeated.
Moments before being violated, the mercenary Casifal saves her from her predicament.
Having left the village and not knowing what to do or where to go... she ends up following him...
all the way back to the inn that he is lodging at that night...
