1. アイテムのグループを作る
2. グループを選ぶ
3. グループ内のアイテムから抽選が入る
4. 入手したアイテムをメッセージで表示する

アイテムの抽選グループを複数選んで、その中からアイテムの抽選をさせることもできます。
