【利用規約】

この作品は株式会社インターネットのキャラクター使用ガイドラインに基づいて株式会社インターネットのキャラクター「GUMI」をライドレックス(RIDEREX)がVRoidStudioとBlenderを使用して3Dモデル化したものです。これは二次創作モデルです。基本的に誰もがこのモデルを使うことができます。

無料配布の「PMX」とお布施版の「VRM0.0+VRM1.0+PMX」が存在します。

VRM1.0はまだ対応アプリが普及していないため、一部のアプリでしか動かすことができません。
VRM0.0はVRM対応のアプリで広くご利用いただけます。PMXはMMD動画を作るためのモデルです。
VRM版PMX版どちらもボーン設定とウェイト設定は済んでいるため、すぐに他のアプリに取り込んでアニメーションさせることができます。ボーン設定やウェイト設定が気に入らない場合は調整してかまいません。

【想定する利用目的】
アニメーション、同人ゲーム、同人誌、マンガ、Vtuber、VRchat、ボカロ曲PV、MMD動画。
各自のユーチューブチャンネル、ニコニコ動画、インスタグラムなどのSNSで公開してかまいません。
このモデルを素材にして、アニメやMMD動画を作ってみてください。
同人作品規模であれば株式会社インターネットのガイドラインの範囲内で収益化に利用できます。

【利用条件】
このモデルを使用する際は「Model:RIDEREX式 GUMI」と表示してください。
利用の際に衣装の変更改変及び衣装と身体の色の変更、表情の追加を行って構いません。
ただし、基本の顔の形、髪型、体のバランスは改変しないでください。
改変を行ったカスタムモデルを使用する際は「Model:RIDEREX式 GUMI改変」と記載してください。
可能であれば、私ライドレックスのユーチューブサイトにリンクを張ってください。
リンクしない場合でもモデルをご利用いただいて構いません。

作品を発表された方は、メールかSNSでお知らせいただけたら見に行きます。
通知するしないは自由です。

【禁止事項】
このモデルデータそのものを再配布したり販売することを禁止。
(同人ゲーム内にモデルデータが含まれることは問題ありません)
モデルの顔、体形、髪型を変更する行為は禁止。(表情変化はOK)
本モデルの自作発言は禁止。
本モデルを使用してNFTを作成する行為を禁止。
本モデルを学習素材としてAIに入力することを禁止。
宗教または政治利用目的での使用は禁止。
他人を攻撃する目的およびヘイト活動での利用は禁止。
株式会社インターネット以外は商用利用できません。ただし、同人作品程度のものであれば、

This work is a 3D model of Internet Co., Ltd.'s character "GUMI" by RIDEREX with VRoidStudio and Blender based on the character guidelines of the Internet Co., Ltd. This is a derivative model. Basically everyone can　use it.

There is a free distribution "PMX" and a delivery version "VRM0.0 + VRM1.0 + PMX".

VRM 1.0 is not yet widely available for compatible applications, so it can only be operated with some applications.
The VRM0.0 can be widely used with VRM-compatible apps. The PMX is a model for making MMD videos.
If you don't like the bone settings or weight settings, feel free to adjust them.

Intended use.
Animation, doujin games, doujinshi, manga, Vtuber, VRchat, Vocalo Song PV, MMD videos.
You can publish it on your YouTube channel, Nico Nico Douga, Instagram, and other SNS.
You can use this model as material for your anime and MMD videos.
If it is a doujin work scale, it can be used for monetization within the scope of the guidelines of the Internet Co., Ltd.

Terms and Conditions.
When using this model, please indicate "Model:RIDEREX style GUMI".
You may change or modify the costume when using this model.
Feel free to change the color of the costume and body.
Feel free to add facial expressions. However, please do not alter
the basic facial shape and body balance.
When using a custom model that has been modified, please state
"Model:RIDEREX style GUMI modified".
If possible, please link to my RIDEREX YouTube site.
If you do not link to the site, you may still use the model.

Prohibited items.
Redistribution or sale of this model data itself is prohibited.
(There is no problem to include the model data in a doujin game.)
Changing the model's face, body shape, or hairstyle is prohibited.
(Changing facial expressions is acceptable.)
You Can't Say that this model is Self-creation against other people.
The act of creating NFTs with this model is prohibited.
It is prohibited to input this model as a learning material to AI.
Use of the model for religious or political purposes is prohibited.
Use for the purpose of attacking others or for hate activities is prohibited.
Commercial use is prohibited except for Internet Co., Ltd.
However, if the work is a Fanwork or similar, it may be possible to sell it.
