この作品は簡単に説明すると野球少年の二人がけがをしてしまい、甲子園に出るという夢をあきらめ大学に受験するというストーリーです。

友との友情や周りの人などとの関わりなど現実味のある人間ドラマが楽しめる作品です。初めの方は絶望感が強く諦め度も強めでしたが、最後まで諦めずに頑張った主人公たちは立派だと思います。
