I first came across this series from a board games store. You'd never think there would be a crossover between the ship girl game and board games, but here it is. This series features the ship girls playing various real board games, and as a fan of German style board games, it's such a treat to see their experiences with games I know, and learn about new games too in the process. It is a wonderful comedy series that is a good recommendation if you like board games and want to see these girls' experiences learning and playing them. I hope this series continues. It's great to see them cover classic board games, and it's especially funny to see them play Battleship.

The music and characters are good. However, the description says there is an easy mode, but I am unable to find it. I see only "normal" and "hard". I enjoy the concept of a grid-based game based on Alice in Wonderland, but the game is way too difficult, and although this game is described as an RPG, it is really a tactical puzzle game, as the stages require a very specific set of moves to clear, making it feel more like a chess puzzle than a regular tactical RPG where you would have more freedom of choice.

When I'm unhappy, this game always brings me joy. It is a simple-to-learn turn-based game, and is like a pumped-up version of Battleship. Like in GB versions of the board game, if you have a near miss, you're shown that, so you can work out where the enemies are from near misses. I particularly enjoy that each ship has a rechargeable power that charges up each turn, which really makes the game very fun. Through playing, you could slowly build your collection of ship girls. The only thing I would suggest is that you should be able to place ships as you like.
Overall, I am very happy with this game. It has multiple modes and high replayability. I wish the online manual was fixed though, and I don't understand the "reading mode" in the dock.
