A slice of life slapstick comedy about an inept vampire and a guy possessed by evil spirits (1)
Tsuge, the owner of cafe "An'non" (peace / tranquility), is a human being, but one who is possessed by evil spirits. One of his employees, Kodama, is an inept vampire... that may as well be "mostly human."
Their real job is assisting (human) law enforcement with persuading and exorcising harmful creatures and evil spirits that are beyond the capabilities of the police force.
