In a world war, the main island was defeated by powerful countries.
After the war, public safety is deteriorated and terrorist organizations and mafias now rule the world.
Violence takes over the city where traditional and modern occidental culture are mixed and once flourished.

Michizane Kikuchi is also one of those who lives in that dark city.
He was born in a sword master family and has no official family registry. Taking it as advantage, he succeeded in the dirty business.

But that is to protect his dearest sister, Komachi.

One day, he succeeded in infiltrating into an organization which killed his parents. While working for them, he awaits the right moment to take revenge.
