Exercises start with leg stretches to wake up the muscles and get the blood flowing.
Then let's do some achilles stretches and hip toning exercises, followed by squats, back stretching,
crunches/situps and pushups for overall body health.

Voice actress Suzu Kinoshita keeps count, up to 100 and 500 at 1, 2, and 3 second intervals.
