A shady woman moved into a mansion located on the fringe of Natsuyoi city.
When Kotori visits the mansion out of curiosity, she introduces herself.
Her name is Monica. To Kotori's surprise, she says she is a witch.
If believing in her sayings, moreover, she can talk with dolls.

Kotori is attracted to Monica and soon comes to frequent the mansion,
but a sequence of incidents arises in Natsuyoi behind the scene...
Does Monica have something to do with the incidents? For what purpose she came here?
