* Motion comics are digital manga and comics to which movie and sound has been added so that they can be played back.

- Movie files can either be created using the JPEG Animation Construction Set, or you can register an MPEG file. -
- It can then be placed as is or enlarged from the center. -
- It is also possible to register just the sound files, and lines can be drawn to form zones around the associated speech comic panel. -
- The software can also be used as a basic comic viewer with background music playing. -

You may prepare your own manga and comics, image files, and sound files to create motion comics with this software.
The supported file formats are JPEG, PNG, GIF, WAV, MPEG2, MPEG, AVI, and MP3.

------------------------ JpegAnimeConst.exe -------------------------------------------
The JPEG Animation Construction Set is included with this software. It allows you to create JPEG animations from still JPEG images.
(The JPEG animations are saved in a proprietary format called JPW that only works with this software.)

This software can be used to register and configure manga and comics, image files,
movie files and sound files to create the ComicViewer.exe executable in the designated folder.

Place the expanded folder close to the root directory of your hard drive. For example: D:/motioncomicmaker

The size of the comic panel associated with movie and sound can be specified, as well as temporarily resized, and resized from the center.
The user may draw lines, and change the color, thickness, and transparency.

--------------------------- Functions ------------------------------------------------------
The available functions are the table of contents function, bookmark function, image transition effects,
sound function to play back sound files (WAV or MP3), animation function to play back animations (JPW, MPEG, or AVI),
a function to create and register PDF files, title scrolling in the title bar, editing the background color,
full screen display when launched, display of the cache status, grayscale display, and the preview function.
Page turn animation, page peel (an effect that turns the pages as though peeling off a sticker),
INI files, WAV files, and JPW files may be specified for inclusion in the executable file (EXE).
A blank sound file is also provided for when you prefer not to have sound associated with the speech (screen drawing will still occur)
The image and sound files are preloaded using four core multithreading.

Caution:
Please register short MP3 files as WAV files instead.If not, the sound playback may be interrupted.
Movie AVI and MPEG files may not be played back correctly if the folder for the viewer is not placed close to the root directory of the hard drive.

WAV and JPW (the proprietary JPEG animation format for this software) files can be included in the ComicViewer.exe
executable by compressing in the ZIP format and preloaded during playback.
MP3, MPEG, and AVI files are read and played each time they are called.
They will not be preloaded and cannot be included in the ComicViewer.exe executable.

The viewer functions can be customized freely.
Images will be self-extracted and read when the viewer is launched.

You may also add the name of your manga or comic to the viewer title bar or help text.

You may redistribute the viewer and the content you created, but you may not redistribute MakeMaster.exe or the JPEG Animation Construction Set.

- MakeMaster.exe ... This is the executable used to create the master.

- SendSrc ... This program is used by MakeMaster.exe.
- Comic Viewer Sample ... View this to see the functions of the Comic Viewer.
- Original images and sound for the sample manga or comic ... Use these if you wish to try making the master file for the sample.
- MotionComicMaker_TutorialVideo.mpeg ... This video demonstrates adding movie or sound to a manga or comic.
- README.txt ... This text file.
- Manual.pdf ... The manual for the software.
- JPEG Animation Construction Set manual
- Master ... This does not exist right after installation, but will appear when you create a master.
The file in the redistributable format will be created in this folder.
