If the item you write satisfies the theme and satisfies her, then it will be paid as tribute.
The more valuable the item, the more pleased she will be. However, your funds are not limitless...
Be careful not to become bankrupt by consistently tributing expensive gifts.
Also, take care to keep her pleased enough that she doesn't leave, or get in a bad mood.
