As you progress through the story, the heroine will learn new skills, some that are purely offensive and others that grant different statuses.

The monsters you encounter will vary depending on your location.
In addition to regular attacks, they can possess you, coil around you, or even parasitize you!
If you find yourself in trouble, you must be prepared to use these bad statuses to your advantage and seek life among death.
The pose art changes to reflect the heroine's status. Try out a host of bad statuses and see which one you like best!

Battles with monsters are symbol encounters.

Whether you face your battles or avoid them is up to you.

The majority of defeat scenes will simply result in a bad status being applied to the heroine, not Game Over!
However, everything that happens to her body while you're playing will be remembered. Will it have some kind of effect on future battles? Or even the story?
