崩坏的伦理、溶化的正义・・・・・

在某个行星上的某个国家・・・奥里斯汀斯，
被名为「怪人」的未知生物所困扰着。

国家虽然在积极应对怪人的袭击，
但其数量还是在逐年增长，于是国家终于设立了英雄养成学校。
学校的名字叫蕾尔提亚・・・
