However, their peace and tranquility was short lived.
As the severity of the falling birthrate intensifies, the government steps in to enact drastic measures.
A new law is passed where all households are now obliged with the duty of procreation.

To those households which fail their duty, excellent human specimens with superior genes are dispatched... and procreation duty is enforced.
