The Clause:

In order to carry out this new clause, management on a scale larger than just the train commute to work is necessary, prompting the establishment of agencies to handle such affairs all over the country.

"Ignite" is one of those agencies.

Ignite is a Special Processing Patrol Group made up of specially trained women only.

Those who survive the training will become members of Ignite under the leadership of Commanding Officer Kakimoto Ringo.
