You can play this game just by selecting one of the 8 panels.
The winner is decided when the damage of the either side reaches a certain amount.

For parts of the erotic scenes you will be able to change positions by the use of the arrow keys.
When you are able to move, a key icon will appear in the bottom right of the screen.
In order to proceed onto the next scene, click the left mouse button or press the Enter key.
