*breeeeeee* Good morning, students and faculty.
This is your headmaster. I have a special announcement.
It's painful to say, but... the school may be shut down.

Due to recent issues we are failing to attract new students,
and year on year we have suffered a decline in municipal support
and rising pressure to suspend all programmes.

Something must be done. Rather, I am asking you all to do something.

First, there are two virtues which you must dedicate in full.
These are your cooperation, and your unwavering school spirit.
It's no exaggeration to say that if you can give these two things, you can overcome all of life's problems.

To our lowest-ranking students, as penance for your laziness and to show your gratitude
for the homeroom teachers who have worked in vain to educate you, you will now serve as
sex objects for these teachers, going from the bottom of the list up.

The PTA will host a swinger event with mandatory student participation. I hope you will all
learn something valuable from the naked, bare aspirations of adults. Let's try hard!

Finally, to our highest-ranking students, please extend your grace to the
freshmen and transfer students. Teach them everything you know about sex. As role models
your willingness can engender a learning environment that will be passed on and on.

What do you say? We can save our school, everyone. It's a radical program.
However, I know that our collective effort can transform us into a place of scholastic achievement.
