Premise:

"I" have a secret crush on the girl next door.
She noticed I'm studying for the TOEIC test and is helping me out.

Learn native usage of passive existence verbs of "be", such as "seem" and "look"
Also do some trials about the usage of "most" vs. "almost"
Plus, there's a vocabulary list of about 50 words that are clearly used
in situational topics.
