This is a club of negotiation with a young girl.

You negotiate for your time with her; what you'll do together; and what comes next.
If you can reach a mutual agreement, you proceed accordingly.

For example, you might convince me to have sex with you for $1 dollar,
or I might convince you to pay $10,000 for tap water.

and I assure you, many a man has agreed to more than he can handle.
