作品世界観

脳力者
いわゆる超能力の事

作中の設定では、人間が文明の発達によって退化して失った能力で、それらは完全に失なわれたわけではなく、潜在能力として眠っている・・・その潜在能力を優れた脳によって呼び起こしているのが脳力者。
つまり、超越した力＝超能力ではなく、脳に眠る潜在能力＝脳力・・・と言う設定

脳力者は現代科学では立証不可能な存在であることから、その脳力を犯罪に悪用する者や、犯罪組織に利用される事が多く、また近年はインターネットの発達により脳力者同士が交流を持ち組織的に巧妙かた凶悪な犯罪を引き起こす事例が急増している。

【殺戮姫】の通り名を持つ最強にして最凶の脳力者。
脳力は剣術を駆使して放つ【衝撃波】とされているが、
彼女との戦闘で生き残った者は少なく定かではない。
戦闘時には何故か、ボンデージを着用している。

九條千羽
陰陽師の末裔で縛鎖の脳力は、荒ぶる式神を拘束するための物。
玲司の元で、公安五課の嘱託捜査員として活動していたが、殺戮姫との戦闘で敗れ、
囚われの身となり・・・・・・。

九條姫香
千羽の妹で、姉同様に縛鎖の脳力を持つ。
姉の後を継いで公安五課の嘱託捜査員となるが・・・・・・。
