ストーリー

「マンションの管理人になってください……!!」

突如、不思議な光に包まれた主人公は、
見知らぬマンションの前に立っていた。

ドラゴンのマモノガール・リナに助けられつつ、
マンションの管理人としての仕事をこなしていく主人公。

しかし、マンションの一部の階層はダンジョン化していたり、
管理人の権限を狙う謎の女の子に襲われたり……。

そして管理人は、マンション内部に渦巻く陰謀に巻き込まれていく。

Hシーンについて

基本HCG22枚。
マンションの住民と交流することで、エッチシーンを見ることができます。
※ 女性上位のシチュエーションが多いですが、一部軽度の逆転要素があります。

以下シーンの例です。

・パイズリフェラ
・部屋に連れ込まれて騎乗位される。
・フェラで搾精。
・魔法で体の自由を奪われて手コキ。
・からかわれながら足コキされる。
・椅子にさせられて、そのまま尻コキされる。
・野外でこっそりとエッチ。
・魔法で性器の感度を上げてエッチ。

女神に頼まれて、管理人の仕事を助けてくれる。
戦闘でも強くて頼りになるけど、ちょっとドジなところがある。

回復魔法の使い手で、ケガの治療ならおまかせ!

204号室の住民。
ワイトのマモノガール。

無表情で何を考えているか分からない。
主人公の持つ管理人の権限を狙っている……?!

701号室の住民。
猫又のマモノガール。

ダンジョンを抜けた先にあるマンションの中層に住んでいる。
生意気かつ適当な性格で、毎日を自由気ままに生きている。

システム

■ メッセージウインドウ非表示、メッセージスキップ機能あり。

■ マンション住民からの依頼
住民の依頼「クエスト」を達成することでストーリーが進みます。
依頼内容は、メニューの「クエストの確認」でいつでも確認可能です。

■ 住民名簿
住民名簿にマンション住民の情報が登録され、メニューから閲覧できます。
Hシーンの回想もここから行えます。

■ 戦闘
オーソドックスなターン製バトルです。

■ クラフト
敵が落とすアイテムから武器防具を作成することができます。

■ イベントアイコン
イベント発生個所には「!」アイコンが表示されます。
また、強敵が出現するときにも「!」が表示されます。
近づく前に、念のためセーブをしておきましょう。

その他の情報

■ エンディング
エンディングは4種類です。
パーティメンバーの中で最も好感度の高いキャラとのエンディングになります。

■ 体験版について
体験版では、Hシーンは6シーン閲覧可能です。
また、キャラの好感度の上限は、40までとなっています。(製品版は200まで上げられます。)
ストーリーは、途中までプレイできます。
