Never one to let her small size define her abilities, even after her resizing resulted in her becoming a Halfling, Kali Kumar is on track to achieve her Olympic dream. Stopping in at her favorite cafe to cheat on her diet, she meets a familiar face from her younger days.
While she has kicked most of the bad habits she developed in a dark period of her life after becoming a Doubler, Jordan Galanna still can’t help but mess with Halfers when challenged so openly. So, even if she remembers Kali positively from high school, there is no way Jordan could keep herself from messing with such a confident Halfling.
There was always the faint hope it was all just a dream. That the day prior wasn’t real and when they opened their eyes, everyone would be back in their own homes and beds. But if that wasn’t the case, if it was all real, then everyone would have to adjust to how things would be going forward.
