I absolute adore Imouto Life, both monochrome and fantasy. It's a fantastic set of games, absolutely incredible in characters, art, story, gameplay and, of course, sex appeal. I was so excited when I found out fantasy was getting a DLC, and I was definitely right to be. If you are expecting a sex route for each character, you may be dissapointed. Personally, I was slightly dissapointed Kana didn't get one. However, the two best non-sister characters get routes and oh my God are they good. Additionally, there's a lot of extra fun to be had with your sister as well. And more combat and gameplay as well! It's a fantastic DLC for a fantastic game, and I'd 100% recommend supporting Inusuku by getting it.
