[Synopsis]
The blazing sun burns my skin.
The cloudless blue sky seems endlessly high.
The cry of cicadas echoing all around.

"Seems like it's going to be even hotter this year."

In the old days, when I was raising my kids.
Every day was hectic and difficult, but...
now my husband has been transferred away by his company,
and my two daughters are all grown up and can take care of themselves.

A leisurely atmosphere. Unchanging scenery.
It's like time has stopped only for me...

On one such unchanging summer day, that boy came home and started trouble.

I spoke quietly so as not to show my anger.
