The tournament is ruled by two female contestants who stand undefeated.

The women hold all of the belts, and they are hated by both the organization and the fighters who were once champion.

In order to take them down, the promoters assemble the strongest fighters from each league and issue a written challenge.

In this game the player controls one of 7 characters in an attempt to defeat and sexually violate Kaoru and Saya, the champion wrestlers.
