The island kingdom of Canvas was peacefully
free of monsters. Humans and mythical spirits
lived in relative harmony.

This is the tale of a boy raised in a small village
on that island, who unlike his powerful mage of an elders sister
he could not use a lick of magick.

They'd fight as siblings do, but he never once won.
It was his intention to somehow beat her! So he went on
a quest of self-improvement.

He had some small hope that they weren't actually related.

It was an age of fantastical science. Kingdoms
battled in grand tournaments, manmade creations
could come to life, spirits mated and evolved
in single generations... it was an age of chaos...
