Turns Out This Apartment Complex Is A Brothel (Childhood Friend's Mother)

My childhood friend that I confessed to last year (but was turned down)
reports to me that she is now dating someone!

that I own via inheritance has some very... particular rules... for the tenants.

1. The girls had to be pretty, of course.
2. Rent was staggered so that tenants paid on different days.
3. Rent is paid by sex, not by cash.
4. The payment is recorded and stored as evidence of payment.
5. For some reason, the payment is not left in the memory of the payer.
They just think for some reason they made payment with money?!

So, if I wanted to, I could have sex with my childhood friend at any time.
