The shrine maiden Tsukushi Hanamori rules public morals in Ringo Shrine.
She takes a dim view of the fact that other shrine maidens interact with you.

"It is necessary for me to keep an eye on you."

Her saying makes you feel that you have to stay in the shrine with Tsukushi for a while.
As she spends time with you, feelings of love gradually grow inside her heart...
