The story of a busty witch and the pesky "nipple bugs" who latched onto her nipples.

[Synopsis]
Nipple bugs had latched onto the witch's nipples, and she was looking for a way to get them off.
First, she tried to remove them by spraying out breast milk.
But in order to do that, she needed some massive cream-pies, and thus had sex with a large bull.
However, this didn't work. Next, she tried to dip her tits in liquid stimulants.
It certainly had an effect... because this time, the bugs ended up entering into her nipples!
As a last resort, the witch made her way to the tentacle swamp...
There she will have the tentacles cum inside her nipples and exterminate the bugs inside.
