This game was fun, but a bit short. I played through it all in about half an hour. The art is great quality, and even the overworld had good definition to the art (it was not as pixel-y as one might expect in an RPG Maker game). The translation was also well done, and it did not have the broken English that I have seen in other products on this site.
That said, this is a "fun to lose" game. If you win against an opponent you want to lose against (all battles are RPS), you would need to re-load the game and try to lose. I usually do prefer games where you (the player, not necessarily the character) also get rewarded for succeeding. I also noticed a couple bugs - if you get hit on the 2nd or 3rd turn, you go straight to your 2nd stage of damage art, skipping the art from if you had only been hit once. If you enter a cave with a dagon ball, the radar will freeze on whatever frame it was on when you entered. And during the end credits, you can pan the camera.
Despite those flaws, I did find this to be an enjoyable game. While it is good quality art, it is perhaps a bit pricey for a half-hour game. I would recommend picking it up if it is on sale, or if you are a Bulma fan and do not mind the cost.

The game revolves around a rock, paper, scissors (janken) battle system and a relatively small sized map where you seek out opponents to take their dr*gon balls. You win, you get the ball, you lose you get a h-scene and a game over. The H-scenes are nice and also animated. There is some very light puzzle solving but it's unlikely to tax you much.
While the game can be beaten in under an hour, it'll hold your attention for that time.
