One boy who hates exercise decides to join in and race as if his life depends on it. But he has a rival. A foolish man called Swao, who strolled in wearing racing suit with a hairstyle like Mozart. Is it possible that Chilly-poo boy can overcome this ugly competitor and win the spectacular race...?
