- * Votes cast for ineligible works will be ignored.
- * A DLsite account is required to vote.
- * DLsite Comipo works are not eligible for voting.
- * AI-generated works are not eligible. (Partially AI-generated audio works are eligible.)
- * Derivative/parodied works are not eligible for voting.

Award winners will not only receive an exclusive prize, but they'll also be honored with a dazzling digital award badge that will be displayed on DLsite!
* Prizes and digital award badges will be awarded only to Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award winners. Prizes will be sent to the winning creator or translator (Translators Unite).
- - A DLsite account is required to cast your vote.
- - Only one ballot is allowed per account.
- - You can only vote for one work per category. If there's nothing you want to vote for, you can leave the section blank.
- - In the case of multiple ballots from the same account, only the most recent will be counted.
- - Multiple votes for the same work on the same ballot will be counted as only one vote.
- - Votes for ineligible works will not be counted.
- - Only works released in 2024 are eligible for voting. Votes for works released in 2023 or earlier, or works released in 2025 will not be counted.
- - In the case of a work with both PC and smartphone versions, each will be counted as a separate work (differentiated by product number).
- - Free (0 JPY) works are not eligible for voting.
- - AI-generated and Partially AI-generated non-audio works are not eligible for voting.
- - Derivative/parodied works are not eligible for voting.
- - Votes that include typos or mistakes in the URL will not be counted.
- - Your reasons for your vote may be used in the February 9th (FRI), 2025 2:00 PM JST (tentative) winner announcement, as well as on social media. Your comments will be kept anonymous.
- - Please understand that we cannot answer questions regarding selection criteria or voting totals.
- - If cheating is discovered, the corresponding votes will not be counted.
- - Point raffle winners will be notified and points distributed within one month after the winning works are decided.
- - DLsite reserves the right to end or change this event at any time for any reason.
- - DLsite is the sole arbiter of all terms and conditions of this event.
