After putting down Omnicide's attack, the various magical girls, as well as their battle against Evil Ark, became public knowledge.

Though most praised the heroines for their efforts, there were some who sought to tear them down. And some who even sought to violate them.
These anti-heroine factions pooled their resources to establish their own army, the "Counter Force".
Counted among the Counter Force's allies were the secret evil organization known as Shar Dark, along with the demon-controlled Groad Corporation.

Their ultimate goal? To cause chaos in the city to lure out the world's magical girls...
