何もかもが初めてづくしのなか、やっと決めた新居「メゾン・ラ・ブーム」。

しかしマンションに着くなり、そこの住人である電波娘の六反田からいきなり理不尽な攻撃が!

……こ、此処……大丈夫なのかな……

そこに一人の女性が現れ、六反田の攻撃をやめさせ、優しくいたわってくれた。
そんな彼女はこのマンションの管理人・杏子だという。主人公はたちまち一目惚れしてしまう。
理不尽な攻撃がやみ、一安心も束の間、その場にはどこからかわらわらと住人たちが集まってきて、
歓迎パーティの名目で、真っ昼間から酒宴が始まってしまった!?

楽しくもワケありの住人たちに最初はとまどうが、
彼女たちの抱えている様々な問題の相談を受けているうちに、 お仲間たちに馴染み、
次第に女性たちとも打ち解け、マンションや住人たちを好きになっていく。
